The Story
Over four decades ago, my mother flew to Belgium from Vietnam with nothing but her memories of Vietnamese food. Those flavors became the heart of our family, shaping how she raised us and inspiring my deep love for Vietnamese cuisine.
Today, I want to share that love with you. At Banh mi express & Banh Mi Eatery, we celebrate the simplicity and soul of everyday Vietnamese dishes—pho, bánh mì, bún, and more —crafted with care and served with a story.

Good, tasty food. Fast service. Nice choice of dish. Fair price for the quality and quantity. I only tried the chicken lemongrass so far, but will come back to try all of it. Don’t hesitate to get your own idea, it’s worth it!
Great place for tasty Vietnamese sandwich with a Saigon beer! The bread is soft & both the pulled pork & lemon grass chicken are tasty. Fast service.

I just tried their tofu sandwich and it’s very delicious and unique. The staff is friendly and my overall experience is fantastic. Will try the fermented tofu version next time. Good job guys.
