Questions

When do I need to order?

Order by 17:00 and we deliver the next day. Orders placed after 17:00 for next-day delivery are only valid if we confirm them by email. Larger orders (15+ people) may need more notice — we'll confirm after you submit. Need it sooner? Send us a WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's possible.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Brussels, with our own team. Minimum €100 per delivery, €25 fee, free from €250. Outside Brussels you can pick up at one of our shops.

Weekends and public holidays?

Available on special request only — pick "special request" at checkout and we'll get back to you to confirm.

Allergies and dietary needs?

Every item lists its 14-EU allergens on our menu page. Tofu and tempeh fillings are vegetarian and our chicken is halal.

How do we pay?

By card at checkout, or on invoice (with your company details and VAT number). Monthly invoicing is possible for regular clients.
